Site Plan Review Committee Keeps Development on Track

If you want to understand how Port St. Lucie stays organized and planned, the Site Plan Review Committee is where the magic happens! These meetings occur every second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 1:30 PM at City Hall - Building B, 121 SW Port St. Lucie Blvd.

The committee reviews proposed developments and ensures they align with our community's vision and standards. Whether it's a new commercial project, residential development, or infrastructure improvement, this group keeps our city growing smart and intentional.

With 10 more dates scheduled, there's plenty of opportunity to stay informed about what's coming to your neighborhood. Public participation is welcome, so if you're curious about upcoming projects affecting your area, mark those Wednesday meetings on your calendar!
