🔥PSL Highlights
The lead story this week

Planning Board backs Port St. Lucie Boulevard retail project
Planning Board greenlights 10,400-sq-ft retail at Sultan Drive and PSL Boulevard

Port St. Lucie's Planning and Zoning Board just recommended approval for a fresh retail development right at the intersection of Sultan Drive and Port St. Lucie Boulevard. This 10,400-square-foot project is exactly the kind of smart infill development we need!

The location is prime real estate for our growing community. We're talking high visibility, easy access, and the kind of walkable retail that makes neighborhoods stronger. This isn't just square footage—it's another win for local commerce and foot traffic.

Approval moves forward to the City Commission. If finalized, this project joins a wave of retail energy sweeping through PSL. Combined with Lowe's opening, new restaurants popping up, and ongoing expansion at places like Southern Grove, our retail landscape is transforming fast.

What it means for PSL: Port St. Lucie's retail corridor keeps getting better and smarter with each new project.
