 HOUSING NRP Group Breaks Ground on 312-Unit Apartments in Tradition Groundbreaking is underway on 13661 SW Village Parkway: 312 apartments across 18 acres in ten three-story buildings, with 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units roughly 720–1,300 square feet. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, coworking space, lounge and a lakefront walking trail. Completion is scheduled for summer 2028. Other recent Southern Grove approvals include Wawa, a Tesla dealership and Chipotle, with Panda Express and Taco Bell plans submitted.
